PilotCar Manager was created to establish a unique online community, where pilot car operators can promote their availability on a national forum.

Pilot car operators and service providers are provided unlimited available status updates, as well as unlimited load searches 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, for one low monthly fee.

PilotCar Manager does not charge our members additional fees for “new” load or car postings.  We don’t have nickel and dime charges for “detailed load information”.

PilotCar Manager has three basic accounts:

• Load Posting & Car Searches – This account allows members to post unlimited loads, as well as unlimited searches of available cars. PilotCar Manager is proud to offer this account free of charge to any registered motor carrier. Your MC number is required for free registration.
• Car Posting & Load Searches – Individual pilot car operators can post and update the ever changing status of their car, as well as upload a photo of their car to promote their services within the community.  Car operators have unlimited searches for available loads.
• Multi-Use Account – Our full service account, provides double the services without doubling the costs! Service providers of multiple pilot car vehicles, requiring the need to post and search for both cars and loads, will find the Multi-Use Account a true bargain.  This account allows for unlimited uploaded photos of your pilot cars.
